Call for Papers

Scope of essays (including but not limited to the following topics)

1. System model and architecture for SIN

2. Spatial network information transmission theory and technology

3. Dynamic access and exchange for SIN.

4. Deep space communication

5. Management technology for SIN

6. Dynamic navigation augmentation ad-hoc networks of air-space-ground integration

7. Collaborative information distribution for space-ground networks

8. Sparse representation and in-orbit processing for space information

9. High precision interference imaging for space-distributed SAR

10. Measurement and control theory and technology

11. The related theory and technology to SIN

Requirements

1. Your essays should be based on your own researches, and the signatures should not have any controversy. The statistics should be real and reliable, and your research should be of important academic value that has never been published.

2. If the paper is accepted and no special declaration is made, it shall be deemed to have been authorized to publish. Please keep the papers, manuscripts will not be returned.

3. Essays in both Chinese and English are accepted. ( Papers less than 8000 words are preferred.)

Timeline

Papers are due: June 10, 2017

Acceptance notification: June 30, 2017

Papers adopting and publishing

The conference will choose the outstanding papers to publish on Journal of Communications and Information Networks, and the awarding of certificates and awards will be going immediately. Other papers deemed qualified will be recommended selectively to :

1. Collections of essays CCIS cooperated by Post & Telecom Press and Springer(which is retrieved by EI).

2.  Journal on Communications and its supplement, Journal of Network and Information Security.
